NACA is a non-profit HUD certified organization that has assisted homeowners in saving hundreds of dollars a month on their mortgages by reducing the interest rates and sometimes the principal. NACA has contracts with maor lenders and investors, enabling them to assist homeowners in finding affordable solutions.
WHEN: Thursday June 2nd through Monday, June 6th, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
WHERE: Shrine Auditorium and Expo Center, 700 W. 32nd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90007
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Anyone with an unaffordable mortgage, who lives in that home and doesn’t own another home.
WHAT TO BRING: Verification of income (30 days paystubs for employed persons or six months bank statements for self-employed); mortgage statement; property tax statement; property insurance statement
At the event, there will be a four-step process. If you completed any of these prior to the event, skip that step and go directly to the next:
2) Counseling session (submission to the lender)
3) Meet your lender (most lenders and investors will be at the event)
